spring! What a great week we had in second grade! I am so ready for the nicer
weather to come quickly!

are some of the things we have been working on:

Math:

Unit 10 counting numbers up to 1,000!

place value for hundreds, tens, and ones

new vocabulary words- standard form (514), expanded form (500+10+4=514), and
number word (five hundred fourteen)

about subtracting or adding 100 or 10.

with our group members

a friendly letter to our parents about our week (Look for it in the backpack folder!) J
We
are still in need of snacks for our basket.
